This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
• Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named TimerNinja
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Heftii, Inc.
• Country refers to: Singapore
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service refers to the Application.
• Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

• Email address
• First name and last name
• Usage Data

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

In the Application

The Application does not require an Account and contains no advertising or third-party analytics. Your timers and settings stay on Your Device. Timers You save also sync to Your other devices through Your own private iCloud database, which only You can access. A paired Apple Watch and iPhone talk to each other directly to keep a running timer in step. When You share a timer, its settings travel inside the link or QR code; We do not store them. Purchases are processed by Apple. If You have chosen to share analytics with app developers in Your Device's settings, Apple sends Us crash reports and aggregated usage statistics, which We use only to fix problems.

Apple Health

On Apple Watch, iPhone and iPad, the Application can record a timer as a workout in Apple Health. It asks for Your permission first and uses only what You allow:

• It saves the workouts You do with a timer to Apple Health.
• It reads data such as Your heart rate, resting heart rate, active energy and distance, to show them live on the timer screen with Your heart-rate zone, and in the summary when You finish. On iPhone and iPad, heart rate comes from an Apple Watch or a heart-rate monitor connected to Apple Health.
• When Your Apple Watch records the workout, it sends its live readings directly to Your iPhone so both can show them.

Your health data stays in Apple Health and on Your devices. It is never sent to Us or to any third party, the Application does not copy it to iCloud, and it is not used for advertising, marketing or anything other than showing You Your workout. You can change what the Application may read or save at any time in the Health app or in Your Device's Settings.

Apple Music

You can attach Apple Music to a timer. With Your permission, the Application uses Apple's MusicKit to show Your library, Your recently played music and Apple Music search results so You can choose something, and to play and pause it with Your timer. The Application keeps only the item You chose, with the timer or as Your default music; a saved timer's choice syncs with it through iCloud. Your library, listening history and searches pass between Your Device and Apple under Apple's privacy policy; We never receive them.

Website Analytics

Our website, timerninja.com, uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to count visits and see which pages are viewed and which links are followed. It uses cookies (_ga and _ga_…) that recognise Your browser on a return visit, and collects Usage Data such as Your browser and device type, approximate location and the pages You visit. Google processes that data under its privacy policy. We have turned off its advertising features, so it is not used to build a profile of You or to show You ads.

If You visit from the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, Google Analytics stays off until You allow it on the notice at the bottom of the page. To find out where You are, We ask our own server for the country of Your connection once per visit; it is not stored. Your choice is remembered in Your browser for a year, and You can change it at any time at the bottom of this page, under "Your cookie choice"; withdrawing also removes the cookies. Anywhere else You can block Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on or with any content blocker.

Newsletter

If You sign up for the TimerNinja newsletter on our website or in the Application, We collect Your email address, the newsletters You chose (TimerNinja, and Heftii's own news if You tick that box), where You signed up and when. We first send You an email asking You to confirm, and send nothing else until You do; sign-ups that are not confirmed within 30 days are deleted. We use Your email address only to send You the newsletters You chose, about once a month, and We never sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Newsletter subscriptions for all of Heftii's products are kept in one list, run by the Company at newsletter.heftii.com and stored with our hosting providers, Vercel and Neon. Confirmation emails are sent through Resend, and newsletters through the email delivery service We use to send them, each processing Your address only to deliver Our emails. Every newsletter has a link to unsubscribe. When You unsubscribe, We keep Your address marked as unsubscribed so that We do not email You again unless You sign up again; to have it deleted completely, email support@heftii.com.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service.
• To contact You: by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication.
• To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
